Orders may be placed by phone. With little to no hold time, our team is ready to assist you with your inquiries about our products. Our team has also been trained to satisfy you by all means under company policy. All callers are important to us.

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders in by 4:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) will be shipped out the same day. All orders in after business hours, weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Please note that delivery time is subject to the ability of our couriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to fulfill their delivery schedule. 101Shavers is not liable for packages that weren't delivered on time because of mishaps by our couriers.
What are your Shipping & Handling charges?
101Shavers now offers GROUND SHIPPING (2 to 5 business days) on all orders anywhere within the continental U.S. For faster shipping, please proceed to our shopping cart where you can submit your name and address for an instant shipping quote on 3-day, 2-day and overnight deliveries.

Note: You DO NOT have to submit your credit card information or make any commitment before seeing and agreeing to your shipping charges.

Note: Any changes made to the delivery addresses after shipment will result in a $13 Correction Fee. If the correction will result in the package going to a different State .. customer will be responsible for the Correction Fee plus the cost of Shipping.
Do you guarantee all your merchandise?
Brand New Items: If your unit is defective in any way or you simply are not satisfied with your purchase, 101Shavers offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on brand new items only.

Factory Serviced Items: All factory serviced shavers are guaranteed to work on arrival. In the event that your item arrives defective, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange the item for a replacement on the same model only.
Do your shavers come with a warranty?
Yes! The warranty period of all the shavers we sell is stated in the product description.

Brand New Shavers: All brand new shavers sold by 101Shavers.com come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty.

Factory Serviced Shavers: All factory serviced shavers come with a 30 day, 90 day, or 1 year warranty depending on the model of the shaver.

Extended Warranties: In addition to the warranty that already comes with the shaver, you may purchase 2 year or 3 year extended warranty service plans on all our shavers. Extended warranty service plans are honored by Consumer Priority Service Corporation.
What is your return policy?
Brand New Items: All brand new items come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the shaver for an exchange or a refund. There is no restocking fee subtracted from the amount of your refund, however we do not reimburse Shipping and Handling costs incurred by 101Shavers or the customer during processing.

Factory Serviced Items: There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on factory serviced items. Factory serviced items that are defective on arrival have a 30 day EXCHANGE ONLY policy for the same model only. We recommend that you purchase an extended warranty for your factory serviced shaver in case it malfunctions after 30 days.

Bulk Packaged Items: Have a 90 Day EXCHANGE ONLY Warranty from date of purchase. Customer should NOT contact the manufacturer for ANY reason associated with these products.
How do I return a shaver? Do I need an RMA #?
Returning an order is simple and easy to do.
  1. Make sure you're sending it back within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Make sure you pack the unit up in its original box with ALL its accessories.
  3. Print this Return/Exchange Form and a copy of your receipt. Fill out the Return / Exchange Form accordingly and include any special instructions for the return or exchange. If you're looking to replace your unit with a different model please let us know which model. You must sign the Return / Exchange Form.
  4. Your order number plus "NG" is your RMA#. For example if your order number is 9160098 your RMA# will be 9160098NG.
  5. Pack everything in a box and send it to:

Upon arrival please allow 1-2 Business days for your new order to ship out or your credit card to be credited.
  • All orders placed and cancelled or refused upon delivery will be subjected to a 10% processing fee on top of our shipping costs.
  • All returns that do not follow our return procedures will be subject to a 10% processing fee.
  • Any damage to original packaging or missing interior packaging will be subject to a 10% penalty fee. (i.e. manuals, warranties, tape on the manufacturer’s box, etc.)
  • A charge will be assessed for accessories missing from the box.
  • No returns or exchanges will be made if the UPC has been removed from the box.
